Return Eligibility

At Creativelabelext, we stand behind the quality of our garden lighting products. Most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, garden lighting products must meet the following criteria:

• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included
• Products must not show signs of installation or use
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase date

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-designed lighting systems
• Products that have been installed or used
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
• Final sale or clearance items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at info@creativelabelext.world to request a return authorization
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item back to our address within 7 days of authorization

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned garden lighting product:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective
• You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Defective Products

If you receive a defective garden lighting product, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different garden lighting product, please return the original item and place a new order.
